When using Spacesium’s Creating a New Project workflow, you can create a new project with a single point cloud dataset. Spacesium will do its best to display the uploaded data with the correct location on earth. The new project method supports format tiled .b3dm

But sometimes, you want to add more data to the project. You can do this by clicking on the Map Layers panel

Then you can use the import tool (+) to import a dataset to the existing map.

The + button will open a window to allow you to add data. Click on Import 3D Model ****

Once you select the file, you will see the file will start its upload process. Do not close this window as it will need to be open to successfully upload the file. Depending on the size of the file, Spacesium bot will process this file into the existing viewer.

You will notice the file will upload to 100% and then it will start at 0% again. This 0% represents the progress.

<aside> 💡 Please allow for some time to process the file. Also make sure your files are projected in the same coordinate system as the original file.

Files will need to be zipped up in a single file and uploaded as 1 file. Eg excavator_crane_on_duty.zip
