In addition to creating a share link to a project, you can also directly share a collection with a team from another company that has a Spacesium account. There are 3 steps to the process -

This feature will provide you and all the members of your team with access to the uploaded data. We recognize the significance of ensuring data accessibility at all times, enabling users to bring the data into more specialized software. You can utilize this feature as an admin, editor, or viewer.
To access this feature, open your project in the viewer and click on the "..." located in the top left corner.
Click on File and then Export
Now you will have access to the original file that was uploaded to the project.
To initiate the download process, simply click on the designated file. This action will prompt the file to begin its download to your device.

This includes sharing all files, such as documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and images. Additionally, you can also share 3D models, orthos, design files, and reports using the same process.
